baby buchanon...

Baby Buchanon was welcomed by his older sister and brother along with Mommy and Daddy on May 29th! He is one of the most mellow babies I have met and seems to be in love with life already. His older brother Nixon is teaching him the world of trains and his older sister Frankie is showing him around the play areas quite well. He is a bundle of joy that the Franta's have been blessed with! I look forward to seeing this little guy grow....

little ms. lily in the park...

A few weeks ago I spent a wonderful morning with Lily and her mommy and daddy in the park. We picked flowers, walked on paths, ran through the trees and had a great time! Lily is just over 13 months old and LOVES running around; she has 2 cuter than cute bottom teeth and her chunky cheeks are adorable...

As you can tell, she wan't the happiest this one....but you gotta love it!

jessie and tony...

I traveled to the barren lands of Williston, North Dakota to see one of my very best friends get married this past weekend; although the drive was fierce I wouldn't have missed it for the world! Jessie was a beaming red headed bride and Tony was smiling the entire day.

They had a small ceremony and reception to celebrate on Saturday; with only their closest friends and family at their side. We ended the day at the railroad tracks with the flat lands blowing grass behind us....how much more North Dakota can you get without finding buffalo!?

Their love is strong and they adore each other...I couldn't be any happier for them!!!

I love you both!

Carrie & Matt...

Carrie & Matt are contagiously cute & amazingly beautiful on camera...they have stunning smiles, cute personalities, & they are so very much in love! What more could I ask for?

We had a lovely day in downtown Red Wing at central park and around the historic streets. I can't wait to see how their big day pulls together; I am honored that I am able to be a part of it in August!

jeff & erika...in love!

I am completely excited for Jeff and Erika's wedding late summer. They are 2 of the most genuine and down to earth people ever; and they are completely in love with eachother (and their furry friends!) Erika used to play hockey for Yale and they are both very involved in coaching and still love to spend time around the sport....(maybe they will give me the push to start coaching like I have always wanted to myself...)

And of course we had to take "family" pictures with the dogs; they turned out to be some of my favorites! I had a lovely afternoon in the park and honestly can't wait to see how their big day unfolds!

picking flowers with little girls....

Picking flowers with 2 gigglie girls is one of the funner things I could have done on a sunny Sunday afternoon. We spent time picking lilacs, violets, and smelling the blooming apple tress in their backyard. Mia was thrilled to find a caterpillar tat she nammed "sparkles" in the first few minutes that we were picking, so the rest of the time she spent making a home for the little guy in her bucket while Kayla and I smell the flowers and picked!

Mia turned 4 years old yesterday and has another little sister on the way in July! I can't wait to pick flowers with her too!!!

These 2 are some of the funest 2 people to shoot (although I might be a little biased since she is one of my closest friends). But their love is contageous, their laughs are hilarious, and they are amazingly talented musicians that I could listen to strum all day long. Their wedding is this fall and I couldn't be more excited to be a part of it!

ezra is one years old!

With a little boy that loves to run, walk and giggle while doing it, Erin (Ezra's mommy) has her hands full. He didn't crawl much but one day just started scooting around the furniture until he got brave enough to run across the living room from one couch to the next. He loves playing with his 2 pugs, being outside exploring the dirt with his grandpa's puppy, and cuddling with his mommy! I can't wait to see how much he grows this next year!
