lily & mommy

A few weeks ago I did a super fun shoot for the beautiful Katie & her little Lily as a suprise for her husband's birthday. Lily is 6 months old and completely P.E.R.F.E.C.T. Her face is about 3/4th cheeks and the other 1/4th is her stunning dark eyes that are complete circles; the 2 best features for a little girl to have. The best part of the whole shoot was that I got to see just how sweet, gentle, and gigglie Katie's relationship is with her baby Lily

# 68....C.H.E.C.K.

So, there on my list of 101 things to do is number #68 --- visit my most favorite photographers on the planet The Image is Found (www.theimageisfound.com)....currently Aaron and I are in sunny Cali enjoying the waves, mexican food, and time with each other! Today we had the awesome privilege of getting our portraits taken with Nate from The Image is Found and it was nothing short of fun! We had an absolute fabulous time and enjoyed every second of the time with him!

I will for sure share some photos from the trip but am off for some late night ice cream and stroll on the beach! Boy do I love vacations......

welcome baby addison

Addison is a blessing to Jesse and Cindy which came as a surprise while they were on a cruise shortly after Christmas!They got a call from the adoption agency while in the middle of the ocean saying that they just had a baby girl; they raced off the plane, ran to Babies R Us and picked up this beautiful bundle from the hospital! She is absolutely perfect; with dark hair and stunning dark eyes that capture your stare! She LOVES her Mommy and Daddy to cuddle with her and it seems she already knows how to capture the attention of everyone around her to get what she wants; Jesse calls this her fake cry!

She is a beautiful baby girl that is going to be a joy to watch grow over this first year! Welcome home baby Addison!

a sad sad day....

This morning all of Wisconsin woke up in tears hearing about Brett Favre's retirement! Unfortunately this was on my list of 101 things to do, and will sadly never be accomplished unless by a complete miracle he renounces his retirement (which my husband is still hoping for). I think the remainder of the week and much of the weekend will consist of consoling Aaron about his loss!
