Cindy / class of 2009

Cindy contacted me to do her senior pictures and we beyond excited to set a date to have them done! I wish that I could show you everything that we shot over the course of 2 days, because she is amazing on camera, but that would take about a week to post! Her smile is perfect and her personality is spontaneous and very outgoing, which translates to fun and very real images to capture Cindy's senior year. We had a blast downtown Hudson and she even brought her little pup with her to snag a few with him....

The Findlays

The Fidlays are one of those families that when you walk away after hanging around them for a short while, you have a beaming smile on your face. They have an awesome family with a precious little guy who can capture your attention immediately and a little girl with a love for black--eyes suzans that will make you just laugh! They came up to visit family from Oklahoma so I was eager to meet them and spend some time with them on a sunny morning. We had a great time and I can't wait to see them again...

And we found the coolest, most gigantic spider web EVER with the grossest yellowish colored spider...Maggie was intrigued...

And Mr. Ian's smile is perfect!

Buchanon 3 months.

This little guy has the most "chill" attitude I have ever come across in a baby! And every once and awhile he will throw a smile your way that just makes your heart melt; his eyes light up and his smile takes up over half of his face. Buchanon is already three months old and is growing like a hunk! I couldn't believe how big he had gotten when I stopped over a few weeks ago; If you look really close in some of the images you can even see some baby cellulite! I just love this little guy....

Phil / class of 2009

Phil is yet another rad hockey player that I got the privilege of hanging out with a few weeks ago. We started shooting at the hockey arena in the locker room and such and we ended up down by the river on the beautiful shores of Hudson! Phil is eager for his senior year of hockey and what it will bring; perhaps we will see him move towards Juniors and onto the big-time in a few year! Good luck this year Phil...

Meah turns one!

I have had the chance to photography Meah and watch her smiles grow since she was just a little perfect bundle of joy with bright blue eyes just one year ago. I can't tell you how great it is to walk into a family's home every 3 months to photography the giggles, smiles, steps, baby rolls and much much more and the best part is that I get all tearie-eyed when I see little ones like Meah grow up so fast because I have gotten to know them so well on camera that I feel like they are one of my own (grin). I pray for beautiful babies like Meah with warm hearts that like to cuddle, stunning eyes that make you smile and baby giggles that make the room light up.

Happy one year birthday little Meah! I can't wait to see you grow some more...

Erika + Jeff

On a perfect August day Jeff and Erika chose to get married at the most beautiful Mendakota Country Club! They tied the knot under a perfect white arbor with flowers creeping up the sides. Erika couldn't stop giggling the entire day and Jeff was grinning from ear to ear knowing that he was marrying the woman of his dreams!

Here is a glimpse of just how perfect the weather was and how amazing their ceremony location was.

Erika was full of expressions all day...

Erika and her sister Abby were pretty cute together and quite emotional as they have grown up side by side and being best friends.

Erika surprised Jeff with this hand sculpted cake topper that was a "family portrait" of themselves and their 2 dogs. You may remember their engagement session as we ran through Minehaha falls with the 2 beautiful puppies! 

Abby gave one of the best Maid Of Honor speeches I have ever hear. I think the whole room was in tears.

And because they were so great we ended the evening with a few night shots outside of the reception.
